I recently got some bucket ‘o’ whey & dextrose and was wondering if you could stay more anabolic and get more nutrients into your body by doing 2 insulin surges for your body. Right now I’m doing the 1 scoop surge during workout, 1 scoop right after and eating a protein, carb meal about an hour after. If I keep up the 1 scoop during and then after, I was wondering if there would be a positive result by taking in a dextrose/whey drink in the next hour or so again? Or could I just mix in some with my 1 scoop post-workout to get a little more in me? Any thoughts?
