Post MAG-10, Alpha Male?

I might be doing the Growth Surge project w/ some MAG-10 in a few months. Would Alpha Male be all I need to take after cycling off the MAG-10?

I heard that it is a combination of TRIBEX, RED KAT, and M? Is this true or is it just RED KAT and M?
