I am getting ready to start a new workout program and am seeking advice on what you pair up for post-exhaustion exercises. My main template is from http://figureathlete.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/training/build_stubborn_bodyparts_with_postexhaustion_training.
I need ideas for more shoulder, back and lat pairings.
My goal is to add size to my shoulders for that rounded fuller look. Also has anyone tried post- exhaustion and had good results from it or maybe tried a different program to get results?
