Post Anti-Bodybuilding Workout

I searched the forums for this and I woulcn’t find it, though I’m sure it’s been posted on before (probably numerous times).

Anyway, if you’re doing Chad’s Anti-Bodybuilding Program while on Mag-10, what program should you do after it to maintain your gains? I would think the traditional 5x5 would be the way to go but if Chad or anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

That’s exactly what I did when I finished CW’s abb program. I’ve been doing 5x5 for about 3 weeks now and I think it was a great decision. In another 3 weeks I will either go back to another cycle of abb or HST. These three program types make up the basis of my training and are the programs I respond best to.
