Hey Coach,
I Just finished your (915 program, and loved every minute of it.
I want to switch over to a body building style for the next 4-6 weeks.
I’ve done Coach Sapir’s Strong BB program, but was wondering if that was the best program to follow up with how far I push myself with 915?
If not, can you point me in the direction of the type of program I should be looking for please?
