Possible Torn Meniscus

Went to the doctor today for knee instability problems for the last 3 months and he said it seems like I have a torn meniscus in my left knee, still need x-rays. I’m currently doing Stronglifts 5x5. Is this program worth staying on/editing if there’s no squatting?

That program isn’t worth staying on even if there is squatting.

Honestly there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with SL except the fact that it’s boring as fuck, stalls you out eventually, and I hate it. If strength programs are your jam, go for 5/3/1. If hypertrophy is your goal, we have a lot of PPL and bro split templates in the articles on the main t nation website that you can browse. But mostly I was just ripping on SL and doing a program that involves squats sans the squats is better than doing nothing at all.
