Possible Peri-Workout Stack?

I’ve never had a pre-workout formula before but have recently been reading up on it decided on this stack for peri-workout that i’ll mix with maybe grape juice or gatorade powder.

  • BCAA’s
  • Creatine Monohydrate
  • Beta Alanine
  • Citrulline Malate

Ordering all in bulk and mixing myself from local place in Australia so no competition with Biotest, but just wondering on the ratios of each that i should mix, and whether or not any other products would be a good inclusion (e.g. glutamine). Also what are anyones thoughts on effectiveness of just leucine vs. buying a BCAA mix.

I don’t know what the fourth one is, I’ve used BCAA/Beta-A for preworkout and creatine mono for PWO. Give them a shot with the recommended serving size.

about 45mins bofore i train
250 mg caffeine ,
650 mg trib
10g bcaa
half tea spoon creatine ( the other half PWO)

Pretty basic but works well for me .i really felt the difference when i added the trib probably due to my age (43)

that sounds like a solid pre/peri workout drink. Nothing fancy, just the basics of tried and true supps. give it a try.

Use the recipe for Anaconda? Just a suggestion.
