I've never had a pre-workout formula before but have recently been reading up on it decided on this stack for peri-workout that i'll mix with maybe grape juice or gatorade powder.

- Citrulline Malate
Ordering all in bulk and mixing myself from local place in Australia so no competition with Biotest, but just wondering on the ratios of each that i should mix, and whether or not any other products would be a good inclusion (e.g. glutamine). Also what are anyones thoughts on effectiveness of just leucine vs. buying a BCAA mix.
