Portable Carb Sources

I am looking for some variety to carrying round oatbran and fruit. Are pumpernickel bread and rye based bread products clean? Are there any allergy issues here like there are with wheat?

My box of quinoa says that it can be eaten raw if sprouted? What does this mean?

I would really appreciate any help

I use fruit, veggies (usually carrot and celery sticks), or whole wheat bread for a quick carb source on the go. Or you can get some Classic Grow!. Then you’ll get in some protein and carbs. I’m not sure about rye or pumpernickel.
