Pool for Conditioning Work


Hey Jim I was curious if you or anyone you've trained before have used a pool for conditioning work. Thought I might give it a shot and use it because it's a full body movement with relatively low impact on the joints. Plus the temperature is in the 100's all summer long over here.

EX. 10-20 free style sprints, rest as neeeded. Maybe superset it with some ab work also?

Personally, I have always loved the pool, especially for my shoulders.
