Weight train minimum of 2 times a week. Add aerobic days, and I’m at 4-5 days a week.

Regain consciousness. Weel, not really. I sit quietly and let my pulse get back to decent range.

I probably take more than most, but keep it under 3 minutes.

Um, none? Unless you count drying my hair after a shower, it’s none.

  1. Do you think you will ever be satisfied with your body?

Probably not. Though when I get back to triathlon, I’ll probably be carrying more mass initially than I’d like.

  1. 4-5 workouts with weights. Course “train” could mean many things.

  2. I stand/sit there and watch the clock, scan the place to see if the next equipment I need to use is open or not.
    Also check out the eye candy, there is always some around.
    Finally I put on a tutu and dance around the facility singing to kenny g tunes…

  3. Rest is about a minute. Maybe slightly longer on rather heavy lifts, or if I get a drink of water. Also if a gal nearby is looking particularily good and bending over or doing something of that nature, I will take time out of workout to gawk more…

  5. Depends how “satisfied” is defined.
    If it means I will ever think it’s perfect, then it’s a no answer.
    If it means can I live with it, then yes.
    If it means do I like the results I’m getting, it’s a yes.

Generally three, sometimes more.

Either laying down trying to catch my breath if I’m doing short rests, or I play a dancing game for the PS2 if I have long rests.

Either one minute for high volume or 4+ for strength training.

About 732, but who’s counting? Seriously, maybe a couple.

Sure, once I think I look good naked. Seriously.

  3. Again, totally dependant on goals and what phase of training I’m in. Could be 30 seconds, could be 3-4 minutes.

  5. Content, and pleased, but not ultimately satisfied. If I was, the desire to improve would decrease.

To answer the first three questions, they are all completely dependent on what workout you’re currently doing and what your goals are. This is very generalized, but it’s the truth.

As for number four, I’m posing naked in front of a mirror as we speak. I enjoy the way that my lats flare out when I raise up my arms to type.

As for five, I’m currently “satisfied” with my body. Anyone that says they will never be satisfied most likely has some self-esteem issues that they need to deal with. However, that doesn’t mean you cannot continue to improve upon yourself even when you become happy with your physique.

  2. Stretch some. Record sets. (With OVT, try to stop feeling dizzy.)

  4. Posing is a strong word. Naked is too. Sometimes check the state of the subQ bodyfat, though. Just in case it suddenly disappears.

  5. 100% satisfied? No. (I’d have to find a workout that made me taller for that.) Satisfied enough? Probably. Have been fairly close before. Just have to get back there (or hopefully better).

Sit there and stare at the hot chicks around me or talk to my workout partner. Depends on the day.

3-4 mins. I know it should be shorter but I find it tough. Though during 5x5’s I’m <90 secs.

Hehehehe. Good question. Not nearly enough, since I’m soooooooo good lookin’! HAHAHAHA. Kidding. It varies.

I hope not, or I’ll stop training. I’m satisfied with my progress thus far, and I think I look good, but there is ALWAYS room for improvement, no matter your level.
