4-5 workouts with weights. Course “train” could mean many things.
I stand/sit there and watch the clock, scan the place to see if the next equipment I need to use is open or not.
Also check out the eye candy, there is always some around.
Finally I put on a tutu and dance around the facility singing to kenny g tunes…
Rest is about a minute. Maybe slightly longer on rather heavy lifts, or if I get a drink of water. Also if a gal nearby is looking particularily good and bending over or doing something of that nature, I will take time out of workout to gawk more…

Depends how “satisfied” is defined.
If it means I will ever think it’s perfect, then it’s a no answer.
If it means can I live with it, then yes.
If it means do I like the results I’m getting, it’s a yes.
To answer the first three questions, they are all completely dependent on what workout you’re currently doing and what your goals are. This is very generalized, but it’s the truth.
As for number four, I’m posing naked in front of a mirror as we speak. I enjoy the way that my lats flare out when I raise up my arms to type.
As for five, I’m currently “satisfied” with my body. Anyone that says they will never be satisfied most likely has some self-esteem issues that they need to deal with. However, that doesn’t mean you cannot continue to improve upon yourself even when you become happy with your physique.
Lift 4x a week @ the moment (depends on program). A couple extra cardios when I can fit them in.
Stretch some. Record sets. (With OVT, try to stop feeling dizzy.)

Posing is a strong word. Naked is too. Sometimes check the state of the subQ bodyfat, though. Just in case it suddenly disappears.
100% satisfied? No. (I’d have to find a workout that made me taller for that.) Satisfied enough? Probably. Have been fairly close before. Just have to get back there (or hopefully better).

In between sets, what do you do?
Sit there and stare at the hot chicks around me or talk to my workout partner. Depends on the day.
How long rest do you generally have in between sets?
3-4 mins. I know it should be shorter but I find it tough. Though during 5x5’s I’m <90 secs.
How much time do you spend posing naked in front of a mirror per day?
Hehehehe. Good question. Not nearly enough, since I’m soooooooo good lookin’! HAHAHAHA. Kidding. It varies.
Do you think you will ever be satisfied with your body?
I hope not, or I’ll stop training. I’m satisfied with my progress thus far, and I think I look good, but there is ALWAYS room for improvement, no matter your level.
