I have never used an amino acid supplement.

But for the other products on the list I generally use NOW brand. For diuretics, I have used dandelion root by Natures Herbs, I think. It was dandelion root, and did live up to my expectations.

    Xtreme Formulations Vendetta - not pure BCAA’s, also includes carbs. I drink this pre and during training. I absolutely love it!

    Pro-lab - tried it a long time ago, didn’t do anything!

    MSM - Wlamart brand - recommended by an ART therapist to relieve inflammation for a repetitive stress injury 4 years ago. Seemed to work pretty decent, but haven’t used since.

    Dandelion Root - Walmart again, used over 3 years ago for a BB competition. Can’t say it did anything.
