Poliquin's German Body Composition

Is anyone familiar with this program? I looked up the book on Amazon and it looks like the program is geared more towards those wanting to lose fat. Am I correct? I’m looking to gain muscle and am wondering if the program could be used for muscle building provided adequate calories are consumed.

Also, how is the program laid out? Sets/reps etc? I’ve tried to find sample day’s routine but have not been successful.

its a program that is high enough in volume that it takes away the need for a lot of cardio

One of the physique clinic members has an injured knee (MCL) and can not do cardio because he cant walk normally. Thibaudeau is using German body comp to help with his weight loss since cardio is limited.

Which one of these program are the most accurate?
