Poliquins Calf Workout from T-mag 1

I’ve been wanting to do this for a year now, but I tore my achilles, but now I’m cleared, so without the machine for it, what is the easiest way to do seated calf raises, I could never use enough weight when doing it with the bar, nothing like I could standing, so does anyone have any ideas they came up with in a home gym to really get them growing?

You could try putting a DB or a 45lb. plate on your knee, using one leg at a time.
