Anyone remember an article written by Charles where he wrote that a set of 5 reps and higher for chinups was considered high reps? I can’t find it here or on his site. Thanks for the help.
Don’t remember that. But I do remember him saying that any good strength coach should be able to take a normal weight client (male or female I believe) and get them from 0 chins to 12 chins within 12 weeks, so I’m not sure why he would say that 5 reps is a lot of reps for a set.
