Checked the search engines for any info on this with no luck: Has anyone applied the Arms Race routines to the rest of the body, and if so, how did you incorporate it into the 6 month routine?
Poliquin answered this question on his website once. If I recall he said you can apply the same workouts to any other body parts. Just substitute the exercises as you see fit. It is just a workout method, any exercise will work. Keep it simple dude.
