I have a couple questions about this. I'm in the 3rd week of my first accumulation phase. Is it normal that I have dropped 10 pounds and look smaller/flatter/stringier overall? My weights are not suffering, still hitting the weights strong and doing heavier each workout. Is this program some sort of over-reaching similar to Charles' Super accumulation program, or am I doing something wrong?
