I want to incorparate ploymetrics into my work out because I need to improve my vertical jump. What are some good plyometric routines to do? I don’t really know enough to make my own routine
i don’t know a ton about increasing vertical jump but i can give you one pointer. For at least a portion of your plyometric training, say box jumps, loop a band through your belt and put a foot into each end. When you stand up there should be a good amount of tension pulling you forward. Perform your jumps like this. It will really develop your glutes and hams much better.
