PLing? BBing? Why Not Both?

I was training for my first meet http://tnation.T-Nation.com/hub/thetrebel#myLogs, but then life got in the way. Tore my left bicep(nothing major),messed up a nerve in my back (don’t remember what it was called, but It hurt to walk), and got a staph infection.

Took some time, off and oblivious dint do the meet. Still want to do a meet sometime next year, but I would also love to do a bb competition in a couple of years.

Right now im at 230 ish trying to lean down a bit.

Training is mostly dc, il do my own thing from time to time. But strength,nutrion, and cardio will be my principals.

Still recovering from the staph.
