if i can’t recover enough to my next planned workout, i say it was too much. i’m sure other people have other views on that matter though. i often get problem with my sleep after martial arts, i’m like supertired but yet unable to sleep.

i felt the wide grip cable row more in my arms than i use to feel the narrow grip in my arms
i guess its good and interesting to try a new variation but idk if this one will stick around

felt flat, depleted, out of breath during the initial movements
substituted barbell row for power clean, which woke me up
heavy deads felt like usual after

of all things to do in the gym, nothing is more pleasing than some heavy deads
