I checked out your competition. I would have to put my money on “Allie”.

I don’t want to get too huge, a ripped and functional corpse is what I’m after. I’d really like to see one of those musclebound meatheads curl a 35 pound cleaver with decent form or chase a camp counselor without huffing and puffing after the first few yards.

Besides, the chicks dig lean and outgoing guys who like shopping and style, go to clubs or simply hang out and putrefy with the posse, without stressing over missed meals and going catabolic all the time.

I’ve been doing a high frequency approach to bring up my lagging forehead the last 8 weeks. Critique welcome…
Fucking brilliant.

Hey, I never thought to check out the other models.

I like Alisha Gonzales:

I beg to differ. You haven’t seen me with make-up yet…

I struggled between Allie and Alisha, but “Allie Cat” won out. Maybe it was her personality.

Back for more eh?

Okay I’ll go first. I think your shoulders need a little work, maybe some heavy rows and deadlifts. You look kinda hunched. You know what, you’re in luck, CT just wrote an excellent article called The shoulder training bible:

Can you also give your set/reps for the forehead workout and also how long you rested in between sets since I don’t want to over train.

Snipe if you must, but she has 3 posts and 62 profile views. She must be doing something right. Or a lot of things right. Like, really, really, right.

But I still didn’t vote for her.
1. She’s good…perhaps too good… Miss, congrats on doubling since Stuey’s report.

I’m so shocked. Based on all the threads posted by women who don’t look like they lift weights and the guys’ responses, it’s nice to see a gal get flamed for once.

Irish Muscle: bitter?

I think his forehead is about as perfect as you can get. It’s big and quite cut.

Thanks for the link, I’ll give it a try. I have a slight case of scapular winging since that crazy chick slammed a machete through my supraspinatus in part 2.

I usually train forehead on chest day…

Chest/tris/forehead:

A1: Flat bb bench 8x3
A2: Hammer curls to the temples 8x3
Rest 60s between exercises
B1: Weighted dips 4x6
B2: Power cleans to the supraorbitalis 4x6
Rest 60s between exercises
C1: Cranium crushers x10
C2: Prone plate headbutts x10
C3: Eyebrow raises x20
3 supersets, rest 60s between sets

Here’s a picture form back in 1958 when I met my first girlfriend at Camp Crystal Lake. As you can see, I’m a pure ectobrow and I’ve come a long way…

Thanks, bro, that means a lot to me.

Here’s another before pic of me with uncle Vinco. He had been on creatine for 4 months straight the time the photograph was taken.

Look at Vinco’s chin-ular definition. That’s my ideal look right there. But I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it naturally (no protein powders or creatine).

alisha all the way… she’s a babe

I just got back from the gym and today was chest/tri. I incorporated your forehead routine and I’m still feeling sore. I did a search for the eyebrow raises and couldn’t find a picture of how they are done. I did 4141 tempo and started getting a headache on my last set.

I asked a trainer to watch my form and told me it was my breathing technique. He also said that the forehead is a fast twitch muscle and that I should do less reps, is that true?

Also what load should you start of for the cranium crushers and prone plate headbutts.

I started with a 25 lb, 35 lb, then a 45 lb plate for both exercises.

What body fat % do I need before I can see some definition and some veins?

This isn’t really my field of expertise, but I think all you need is some head trauma (preferably a combo of blunt force and open wound) to bring out some cranial definition.
