I know you’re not asking for advice, but don’t be afraid to lift heavier weights in the gym, and try changing up your cardio a bit.
You’ve got a long way to go, but with a lot of hard work in the gym, you can build a great body, close to the likes of today’s figure competitor picture, or any one of the gorgeous women who contribute here.

Anyway, I think about 30 pounds more of muscle should be OK. She’s an inch taller than me and 30 pounds lighter.
And since I didn’t see her name on either the Democrat or Republican roster, I assume she is a Libertarian or Ralph Nader’s VP.

Sorry to disappoint you, Irish, but my girlfriend asked me first. We had a quarrel last night because she kept telling me I’ve maxed out my genetic potential based on my wrist and ankle circumference but I still kind of like her.

I don’t want to get too huge, a ripped and functional corpse is what I’m after. I’d really like to see one of those musclebound meatheads curl a 35 pound cleaver with decent form or chase a camp counselor without huffing and puffing after the first few yards.
