Been training for 1 year 2 months. I don't know my body fat. Hopefully I can get a good estimate thanks. In the pic I am flexing.
Why does it matter?
Is your bodyfat reading going to influence the way you train or eat, moreso than seeing the actual picture or seeing what's in the mirror?
I can't see the picture attached to your post, but based on your avatar, you're under 10% so, congrats?
What are your goals?
