Please Help With My Schedule

I’m starting Ian King’s awesome abs program at the end of my off week on wednesday. I’m combining it with CW ABBH upper body workouts.

I can’t do the lower body workout because I would overtrain my abs. My calves are my best developed muscle at the moment!! I attribute this to my last ABBH cycle and lots of golf.

What lower body workout/split do you suggest i do? I’m at Oxford university at the moment spending between one and two hours a day cycling. I don’t know how much my quads can take!

I was thinking of doing

Day 1 ABBH dips and chins

Day 2 abs

Day 3 off

Day 4 squats and deadlifts

Day 5 ABBH barbell rows and dungbell bench press

Day 6 off

Day 7 off

What parameters would you suggest that I use for the lower body day?
Would you suggest doing 2 lower body days and doing really short intense workouts?

Also, I’ve been dieting on 2300 cals a week recently and cycling between 50g, 100g, and 150g of carbs per day. How quickly can I up my carb intake and cal intake?

I would really appreciate any help with these points. Thank you for your time reading this.
