I created this diet with two things in mind:
1- staying lean
2- and gaining muscle mass
For the past weeks, my weight has been going down (about 1 pound each week). Since I would like to stay lean, my first though is too increase calories on training days, mostly from carbs. I could therefore keep my off/rest day lower calorie wise which would help me stay lean.
What would be your suggestion? Increase calories on training days? off days?
Increase carbs? If so, when? Increase fat?
Or somehting else…

PS. I’m 21, 6’0.5’’ and 225 pounds. I train hard 4 days/week.

BTW, 1 TASSE RIZ = 1 CUP RICE; AVOCAT = AVOCADO; OEUFS = EGGS
