So this is driving me mad! I’m pretty sure it’s a dark comedy. There’s specifically a scene where a workaholic son visits home only to be told nonchalantly by his father that his mother is dead and they already had the funeral. Even while dying the mother told everyone not to bother this particular son because he needn’t worry about such things as her death. Worse yet, everyone else was told, even distant relatives.
