Recently i read an article on this site and i forgot to bookmark it. I do not remember the author but it talked about best growth experienced. It suggested spending some time to find the appropriate weight, then use that for four weeks.
First week, 30sec TUT
second " 35sec TUT
third " 40sec TUT
last " 45sec TUT
