Please Help, I Lost All My Gains

That is some messed up skin, but why would you run those levels for 8 months. It is going to take a long while to get your system straightened out, I don’t know why antibiotics would make it worse unless they gave you the wrong kind of antibiotics.

if you’re replying to me, I’m not the OP, that isn’t MY skin.

does anyone know an actual medical reason of why this guys acne is so severe? I’ve seen pictures like this before, related to steroids (clearly) but I can’t remember what exactly causes this, so I wouldn’t even know what to search in Google. I just want to know, because as grossed out as I am from this picture, I want to make damn sure I never do whatever causes this. maybe it’s just a crazy high dose and bad hygene?

Your CRP is extremely high and your sedimentation rate is very high. Those numbers show high inflammation, which explains why you are tired and depressed. They may indicate an autoimmune condition. Could this be a form of psoriasis, not acne? If so, that may be why the antibiotics are not clearing it. You probably should see a rheumatologist (a person who can diagnose autoimmune disorders) or at the very least a dermatologist.

Your white blood cell count is high, but that may just be from the skin getting infected.

Some antibiotics can also cause bad skin reactions in some people, which is another possibility.

Your prolactin is also too high. This could also contribute to tiredness and other symptoms.

Thx seekonk
I think im on cushing syndrom
I still thinkîng about this for the last night about 8h surfing in internet and reading about my situation
Like you say brother
High srp and sedimentation is a symptoms of cushing syndrom
And cushing symptoms is when a man have a lot of cortisol in his blood
Doctor give hydrocortisone to recover from adrenal fatigue
Hydrocortisone have a 6h half life that mean my body recovering in the night and my glands start working again and produce cortisol
Sow my glands produce cortisol
And i give my body 30 mg of cortisol daily
This mean i have a high cortisol 2 times than anverage guy
This why i los my bones my cardio my muscles and i feel depressed i c’ant sleep always weakup and i think that testosterone is the cause of this
Mybe high androgenes can have a role in acne but the inflamtion is really from cortisol
Like you see in the picture of hormone test
Cortisol 8h is normal this is the cortisol that my adrenal glands produce without taking any drugs the endro tell me to stop taking hydrocortisone a day before the test
People with execess cortisol c’ant recover from inflamation also the skin become weak oily that mean acne
Now im gonna stop taking the hydrocortisone
And work my glands and see if this inflamation will be good if i return to adrenal fatigue and the acne sloved
Im gonna be happy because you can sleep in adrenal fatigue but with this shit no you c’ant sleep you stay wakup 24/24

Respect to all members and im waiting for advices <3

Dude, go to the doctor! Seriously!

Are those self-inflicted wounds on your left arm?

OP may need a psychiatrist/therapist in addition to hormone treatment.

thats so gross man get off the steroids.

You would think as acne got worse, especially to that level, that you’d go to the ER or something…

Noticed that too… Looks like self inflicted cuts.

I was thinking the same. I mean, as severe symptoms progressed, wouldn’t one go to the doctor? If I was experiencing such symptoms I’d be scurrying to the doctor rather than asking people online what to do.

I think you should stop messing with drugs on your own.

Your testosterone level is very low due to steroid usage at high dose for long time. You were not on TRT dosage.
Your prolactin is very high also it could due to pituitary tumor so go for pituitary mri. High prolactin will lower testosterone. So it should be normalized.
Acne is due to high steroid doses for long time. I have read that people get severe acne at high doses and also when they have stopped steroid use.
I think you should start with hcg with doctor prescription. A good endo having knowledge of this stuff. Later when your balls start working. If they gain their normal size then you should switch to clomid with arimidex so that HPTA start working. It will take time but not impossible brother.during treatment no external testosterone should be taken. Good luck brother and don’t get stressed all are with you. and you will recover to normal ranges. But visit good endo or fertility specialist.

There’s some underlying issue here for that bad of acne… I know lots of guys running 1-2 grams of test but I have never seen acne that bad/nasty.

He really needs to go to an ER or find a doctor and stop posting on these forums. If it’s not infected yet that shit could kill him.

Yes he should visit good endo and see main cause of his acne and should treat it first

Ask your doctor how he feels about perscribing Tetracyclin. If he will then take it! A dose of 500mg every 6 hour should be sufficient. Start off with 250mg e12h ten up to 500mg e12h, then 500mg e6h until symptoms are gone. Continue with 250mg e12h for 1 week, then discontinue.

Make sure:
Swallow the pills with LOTS of water (only water!) while standing upright for 5 minutes.
Do not combine them with food or supplements that contain any of the following: Calcium, Magnesium, Antacida, Iron, Sink. Didanosin, Diuretika or/and Probenecid
