Please explain scientifically why many experts claim keto diets prime your fatcells to be more sensitive. I can never find any research on this.

-a: when the body is in a starved or low carb state, the production of ketones is increased. since ketones are made from the breakdown of fats, it will increase fat catabolism.
Ketones are not purely indicative of adipose fat utilization, it can be all provided from dietary fatty acids.
Keto diet=an acidic body + muclse loss.Did before and it's not good when trying to build muscle,in my opinion.Atleast go with something like carb cycling.
