You probably meant something like “20 Minutes to Train. 3 Best Exercises for Tight Glutes?”
Which still doesn’t really say much. Does “tight glutes” mean overactive and causing pain? Or is it tight as in “so firm you can bounce a quarter off it”? Also, why specifically 20 minutes. Also, why in the morning? Also, why does it have to be three exercises?
Basically, your attempt to shortcut the system with laziness is preventing actual advice.
