Hey guys! First time posting. Glad to have such a strong community providing support. Below are my stats and sup / nutrition plans. Please tell me what I should add, or how I should alter, my upcoming regimen.
*I would like to loss 3% BF and gain at least 5-7lbs of lean mass. A
ll sups are legal. Some are discontinued. The Double-Drol sounds too good to be true. I know I need to be watchful of my liver.
- 1-AD (4wks @ 2pills / day first 2 wks, then 3 pills / day last 2 wks)
- DoubleDrol (4wks @ 2 pills / day)
(S-drol (10mg) and H-dro (25 mg) / pill)
- Liver Assist (6 wks)
- Surge (post workout)
- CLA / Carnitine daily
- MuscleMilk 2 servings at night
- Axiron transdermal test (60mg/day)
2300 calories / day
1:3:4 fat: carb: protein respectively
RT - 6 days/wk
Cardio - 20 to 30min/day, 6days/wk
