Platform deadlifts - proper form?


5{to add platform deads to my back routine for the next six weeks or so. I'm not sure I've ever seen a picture of the setup, however, and I want to make sure I do them right.

Does anyone have an image with the bar on the ground? Just curious if you really squat down to reach the bar or if you keep your hips high and reduce the arch in the back. Thanks for the help.

The hips are lowered. The spine is in the same position.
