well… i got a pr on bench today… but… it’s not to be proud of… it was a 5lb pr, about 4 mnths after i set my old pr of 300 i did lose about 10 lbs during that time, but, still…
i REALLY want to get 315 in about 6 days (it was my goal all along to get it before i turned 19, and i’m turning 19 aug. 1) any ideas for what to do in 6 days before i try 315, i’m thinking lots of sleep… should i bulk up, and put on 5-10 lbs of weight (water+fat) would it be beneficial @ all? any other tips?..
also… due to time constraints, im’ also maxing out on dl soon (going for 500) do you think it’d be better to bench on mon. and dead. on wed.? thus only giving me 5 days rest for bench, or, should i bench on tue. and dead. on wed. making me max out 2 days in a row?..any suggestions would be very much appreciated
