I'm planning for the junior divisional in my region/county in England for the coming year.
I'm currently around 50lbs off of qualifying for the squat, deadlift and bench are pretty much up to par. And I'm still adding weight to all of them them weekly.
I was wondering what advice you guys could give me for my first meet which wont be for some time yet, if I'm not ready I'll wait for 2012 if that's what it takes. I'll still be in the junior division regardless.
I'm looking to compete in the 165lb category... I'll probably be about 10lbs heavier than that if I compete in 2011. If I wait till 2012 I may consider shooting for the category above.
Anyway any advice would be welcomed.
