Yeah that is higher end of scale , good luck with your result mate hope it’s dropped for you , if not I can say that danazole 100mg EOD for 2 weeks dropped my SHBG from 61 down to 27 , might be worth a shot if the other meds have had no effect 
Remember one week is 4 shots (m, w, f, su) The next week it’s 3 shots (t,th, sat)
So after two weeks it averages out
Just take your normal weekly dose and divide by 7. Take that number and multiply by 2 to get your eod dose in mg.
I’ve been injecting 30mg eod for a few weeks now. I may (I stress the word may) be feeling better arousal. It’s too early yet to tell. My nips get just slightly itchy now in this protocol, so I may lower dose a tad. It’s odd though to have that reaction w such small doses. Obviously I need bloods. But, the goal is arousal/libido and the eod protocol maybe helping.
That’s interesting because I am finding the same (re the nips). I have bloods tomo so I will see what is going on. All I can think at the moment is my 5mg var has reduced my shbg significantly and I am a bit high now (on 50 eod)
This is where some make mistakes. You really should not change your protocol based on what is just likely a temporary symptom. If you do you will feel other symptoms and keep changing and you will have a difficult time determining which is the correct dosage.
Your nips maybe are waking up. I think they are sensual too. So maybe things are waking up.
You will feel different symptoms as your body adapts to your protocol.
Also you will know erections are better when the Cialis/Viagra I think you are taking work really good

I notice coming down from 25mg EOD to 20mg EOD that when estrogen became high it felt as if the reduced estrogen levels from the lower dosage were felt with more intensity as if estrogen was higher. Perhaps the ratios between Total T and Free T had changed, less testosterone and similar estrogen as on the previous protocol.
My Total T doubled on 25mg EOD, reduce it by -20mg and Total T levels are halved.
Interesting observation.
It’d think its just the ratios. Unless, estrogen increases moreso with just the level of test in the systems, and not just with spikes.
We’re all guinea pigs.
Just posting an update on the thread for anyone who is interested , seems like my spidey sense was right my E2 has crept up to 32 from a pre TRT of 24 , not really high at this point but I really would like to try splitting my T doses before I turn to AI’s , anyone know roughly how long it can take for E2 to drop based on reducing test only ??
32 could be fine. mine is in the mid 30s and I feel great. You have symptoms?

Had a similar issue, E2 was at 32 on trough and I had some SLIGHT symptoms. I went down to 90 and im perfect now. Symptoms went away within one shot. Have similar SHBG also.
You have 2 options really. Splitting dose, and lowering your dose.
NEVER use an AI. Your E2 doesn’t rate it. Period.

I inject .22 two x a week. That 88 mg a week. Sometimes I may go a bit higher when I feel like it.

You are on the lower end if I remember, right?
Pre trt was 18 -had several in the 20s but last was mid 30s.btw am doing full labs next week. Will update
My Dr emails me lab forms he orders stuff. But I circle anything I want so I added lots of shit
Thanks for the reply’s fellas , my symptoms are slight but are definitely there , occasional itchy nips , more cranky and short tempered , lack of nocturnal and morning wood ( most stand out for me ) also while splitting my dose it will be reducing at the same time , just wondered a time line of effect like when to take labs to see if changes had effect ,
Labs take like 5-6 weeks before they are completely stable.
On your next shot, just inject less. You will feel better within like 3-4 days.

My thoughts are that SHBG will fluctuate (to a certain extent) based upon your test level. If the body is producing too much test, SHBG will lower in order for it to be excreted faster. This happens when we use exogenous test.
There are so many moving pieces, but e2 and shbg are most important I think.
