Pillar Bridge

Can anyone give a good time for the pillar bridge? I am building up my lower back strength and need a time to shoot for.

I know someone listed 4 mins as a very good time for the static back extension. Any help would be useful.

IMO at the end of workouts after the core has been used for the BIG exercises that day. a few sets of 60 seconds is great, 60 secs rest or so. Stay ULTRA tight in the core. As that gets easy elevate the feet and or add resistance.

Thanks Phil, I can get 60 secs right now for a set. I’ll probably start raising my feet and then shoot for 4 mins. After that, I can really start hitting my deadlift a lot harder.
