Found a plastic bag full of these on the locker room floor, square, yellow with B and P on them, any clue?

these things are very tiny, smaller than a woman’s birth control. I googled and used “pill identifier” but no results.

Seems to good to be true, there’s 59 of them!

I’ll save them till my winter bulk or trade them for something I would rather take.
