Pilates/Yoga Too Non T?

I used to take Yoga classes with a bunch of housewives, till I ripped on off during the Sun Greeting, and I never went back again. They didn’t either.

I do yoga often - and I should do it more.

Yoga is also great therapy for hip flexors and hip flexibility. When I Oly-lift, I notice a difference.

If I were you, I’d try to avoid the serious studio yoga, which gets way too New Agey and touchy-feely for my tastes. My wife teaches yoga and tries to avoid this style, and most people seem to prefer a more mainstream yoga that doesn’t go overboard with the kooky stuff.

And I have yet to figure out what is “Non-T” about being in a room full of college age, scantily clad women doing ridiculous flexibility poses.
