I was talking to some friends in the gym about “pigeon-breasted” (or “pigeon chest”…a chest deformity marked by a projecting sternum and ribs, I dont known the correct words in english) and the way to hide, to reduce its visibility using bodybuilding/exercises in adult men.

Any suggestions about (exercises/sets/reps/frequency) these aesthetic workouts?

I have the same problem pectus carninatum, i’ve built overall size but my chest just looks way under developed as a consequence.
