I am currently trying to avoid all beverages that contain caffeine and even going to abstain from green-tea. I am considering Rooibos Tea as an alternative, since it has antioxidant properties (not so potent as green tea does, though), but there is a rumor that it also has some phyto-estrogens.
Since i am a real tea-junkie and much of the water i drink during the day comes in the form of tea, it means that i am gonna drink this rooibos a lot! But… it is a T-Nation and i don’t want make myself eventually look for E-Nation, if you know what i mean
Any concerns on that topic? I am trying to find the studies but in vain as for yet.
