it is a bit high on the carbs but it is a MEAL replacement bar. It is meant to fill you up for a long time and when I’ve got a 3 hour class, or i’m stuck in the library it certainly gets the job done. taste pretty good too.

something like 400 to 500 calories if i remember correctly. most people in the library make a fuss if you pull out a handful of hardboiled eggs. apparently the smell of room temp hard boiled eggs isn’t condusive to studying.

Try this:

1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Scoop Metabolic Drive (chocolate works best)
1-2Tbsp Peanut butter
1/4-1/2 Cup water

Mix n enjoy - it tastes like reese’s peanut butter cups

and if so, what is her calorie count?

Celery is my personal fave. Maybe dipped in some Walden Farms caramel or something as well.

Raw celery is some of the nastiest stuff ever. Ever.

Kale Chips

-Chop up a head of Kale into 1-1/2" chunks.
-Drizzle with oil, liberally
-Sprinkle with salt to taste.
-Bake at 450 for about 25-30 minutes or until crispy

The chip should be crispy and airy when finished.
