I don’t know what your competition is going to look like at the show you’re doing, but if anyone shows up looking like a bodybuilder, you may have problems.

Ouch. He looks pretty young, so he will have time to develop.

I say pretty good condition for 6 weeks out. Most guys at local shows at top heavy, so show off your quads as much as possible, work on your posing (side tricep shot especially).

I SERIOUSLY recommend that you look into proper post workout nutrition.

It will involve more thank 15g of carbs PWO.
