A couple of guys have got some fat bars (olympic plate hole width, and 3 in diameter).
I am intrigued by these and understand that they can have benefits in including them into a training cycle, but i have a couple of questions…
What kind of benefit can be derived from using them in place of o bars?
What kind of exercises and set/rep schemes have people used.
I have done some 1 hand snatches and they are a whole different kettle of fish than with an o bar!
