I’m new and was referred by my friends over at Nerd Fitness.
I’m a former vegan recovering from complex PTSD and adrenal fatigue where I have gnarly energy fluctuations I seem to have no control over. My goal is to regain my energy/confidence/balance and just get stronger/more solid. I’m not looking to become a body builder.
Can anyone suggest places to find a reputable personal trainer in my area that could potentially be a good fit to help me with my goals?
