Well this morning, after 5 years training, I banged out 12 supine grip chins for a new personal best–just bragging. Might not sound like much but I have found chins to be a monster to really improve in so looks like celebratory self congratulations this weekend!
Excellent! Now, start doing weighted chins. Got me from 14 chin max to 21 in about 5 weeks!
I’ll say “good job”! Remember, once you can do over ten, then its time to increase weight. The bonus of that is when you decrease weight, you’ll be able to do much more than ten.
