Did the double pause deads with one pause just off the ground, then below the knees, both on the way up. Limitation proved to be grip - damn near dropped the bar lowering the 10th rep. I still feel I haven’t quite recovered from using a poorly balanced power drill attachment to grind up over 30 kilos of apples on Sunday, though.
