Haven’t done snatch-grip deads for a while, kinda easing back in to them. My left thumb ended up oozing a bit of blood where I guess I chewed the fingernail a little too much, but that’s more funny than bad. Curls were supposed to be non-alternating but I kinda realized that three reps in, soooo…
