Haven’t done snatch-grip deads for a while, kinda easing back in to them. My left thumb ended up oozing a bit of blood where I guess I chewed the fingernail a little too much, but that’s more funny than bad. Curls were supposed to be non-alternating but I kinda realized that three reps in, soooo…

Also food today ended up pretty interesting, just because I randomly had the chance to get some. Breakfast was guinea fowl eggs, lunch was well over a pound of lamb liver, and now I got wild boar bacon in the oven which I got a discount on because its expiration date is Tuesday and the game store is closed Sundays and Mondays so they basically had to sell it today. We’ll see how that works out for me.

I suppose I’ll take off a week for Christmas now. Haven’t done the time off thing in a while, major religious holidays are a good reason to try working a little less. Worst thing about time off, though, is that I realize how much easier it is to not do stuff, and then convincing myself to get back to doing stuff is hard.
