2x8, 1x7: Zercher squat 123 kg
3x8: military press 63 kg
3x10: seated db press 21 kg

Feeling pretty good, left trap just a little tight as if I slept funny. Didn’t finish the last set of squats, though, because my right calf cramped up on the seventh rep and I decided to not try the eighth. But no real problem or anything.

Set things up so I could do the last three sets of pullups as a drop set. That didn’t take long, that’s for sure.

1x4: pause deadlift 175 kg
1x6: pause deadlift 155 kg

Doing paused deads with the pause just off the floor this heavy is probably a dumb idea, but I wanted to see if I could do that with 400 pounds, so here we are.
