Tried chalking up my inner elbows a bit to see if that would help keep the bar in place; seems it doesn’t, just tears up the skin more if it moves up the forearm, heh. Oh well.

3x8: pullup 12 kg
1x5, 3x3: pullup
1x20: alternating hammer curl 12 kg

And pic of some chili I grew… probably a randomly crosspollinated hybrid that snuck into the Zimbabwe black seeds I got. But, also happened to get a nice pic of my calluses.

And the vitamin supplement I ate yesterday - one goat liver. I did fry it, though.

I love me some liver. Unfortunately I’m the only person in my household who does so I only get it when I’m out, most of the time.

Goat liver is really not very different than lamb liver, taste-wise. This was a pretty young goat, not quite 10 kilos including the liver but without the other organs. I added a pear and some jalapeno flakes to the skillet, turned out quite nice.

Not much gas left for the finishers after the light deads with silly volume (50 total reps).

Left thigh/hip seem to be a bit aggravated by squats so I’m gonna try doing those light for a couple of weeks, see if that clears up. Did these as one cluster of 25 with six breaths with the bar down on the sawhorses between the singles. Not hard or heavy, but by the end I was pretty out of breath. Maybe I can call this cardio, hehe.
