1x4, 7x3: front squat 119 kg
3x8: db floor press 49 kg
2x20: military press 53 kg

5x3: deadlift 189 kg

5x5: Zercher squat 119 kg

Doing a set every two minutes, was able to make it. I guess I have reached the point where I can do Zercher squats with pretty much the same weight as front squats. The hardest part with the heavier sets is probably walking the weight out after picking it up from the sawhorses, and then taking a deep breath before the first rep.

Back to normal after a couple of days doing just one lift quickly.

3x6: pause deadlift 149 kg
3x12: pullup
3x8: cheat curl 49 kg

8x3: front squat 119 kg
3x8: db floor press 49 kg
2x20: military press 53 kg

1x8, 6x7: deadlift 151 kg (set every two minutes)
6x3: pullup 24 kg
3x10: bentover row 73 kg

1x10: back squat 119 kg
2x10: back squat 109 kg
3x8: military press 71 kg
3x12: dip

Trying to do back squats off sawhorses for a change. Getting set up and getting that first rep up is tough, so it looks like it’ll take some getting used to before I can do more serious weights. Right now I’m just back squatting basically what I could front squat for these reps.

3x5: pause deadlift 159 kg

3x8: cheat curl 49 kg

Did some back squat singles off sawhorses, figured singles would be better for getting used to setting up etc, but did a triple instead of the last one. Still using very light weights.

1x5: deadlift 209 kg
1x3: deadlift 199 kg
1x3: deadlift 189 kg
6x3: pullup 24 kg

1x3: back squat 125 kg
7x1: back squat 123 kg
7x1: back squat 119 kg

A single every minute, with the last one a triple. Still keeping it light and just getting used to smoothly taking off and putting the bar back down on the sawhorses.

At my current weight, that’s just about exactly double bodyweight on the paused deads.
