I’ve definitely lost a bit of fat the past few weeks, with doing the push/pull split meaning I now lift four days a week, and also being a bit lazy about constantly stuffing myself with food.

50 total reps in under 50 minutes: deadlift 151 kg

Tiring, but nowhere near as challenging as I thought it would be. Still a fun thing to try once in a while. My forearms are all red and scraped up, and the calluses on my hands got ground down quite a bit, but generally feeling quite OK.

Why am I lifting the day after doing stupidly high-volume deadlifts? Because I thought I might need tomorrow evening free. Which I don’t. Oh well. I’m feeling pretty good, actually. This push-pull split thing is good at keeping fatigue from building up, as it turns out.
